Fast Times at MTU

I start my juice fast now. I’m going to see if I can stick to it for three days. Juice fasting is typically not used for weight loss, as far as I can tell, but rather for detoxification. Weight loss would be an added bonus, but I honestly am doing this more to see if I can. If I can, I will try to do it for a longer period of time. The rules?

  • The majority of sustenance should come from juices. 32-64oz of juice a day
  • Fruits and vegetables can be snacked on
  • No soda
  • Tea is acceptable as well

That’s it really. Pretty simple.
