Smoking

The brisket has been in the smoker for 16 hours now, and will smoke and cook overnight. Hopefully, this makes for a ridiculously flavorful BBQ!

Long freaking night (equally long day). Went to the gym and lifted, feel really good right now. Going out for a game of football or three tomorrow. Had long, loooong discussions. And decided my ultimate goal is still to be black-belt fit again.

Was both a good and bad person today. Amends to be made…
